Another great cross race at Herne Hill with over 100 riders. The perfect way to see in the new year! Massive thanks to Tim Phillips, for his flawless organisation of the event, and to all those who helped out with sign on, course set up and judging.
The Race was won by Harry Franklin (Hargroves) and Taylor Johnstone (De Ver). VCL performance of the day had to be Kieran Laurie who, with his partner Ashley Dennis (VC Jubilee), were the first U16 team and came an impressive 4th Overall. First all VCL Team were Iain Cook and Jason Cattermole in 9th place, closely followed by James Solly and Andrew Snowball in 14th. A special mention should go to Mark and George Jary who won the prize for being the first family team.
